CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW -
Please note that cancellations without penalty (if made outside the time periods outlined below) will only be accepted and valid, when acknowledged in writing by the reservations department.
For cancellation or reduction in number between 30 and 14 days from noon on the accommodation date: 50% of the rates applicable per bed night cancelled.
For cancellation or reduction in number between 14 and 7 days of noon on the date of the accommodation: 75% of the rates applicable per bed night cancelled.
For cancellation or reduction in number between 7 and 0 days of noon on the date of the accommodation: 100% of the rates applicable per bed night cancelled
