Showcasing the best of the island
Our chef has designed a menu which features the very best produce that the island has to offer. We are inspired by Arabic, Indian, Persian, Asian and Swahili flavors using the local Spices for which the island is famous as well as our favorite continental offerings. Every evening features a different influence showcasing the islands produce and spices.
Dhahabu Bar & Lounge
Open in the evenings, it is the perfect venue for an evening cocktail before and after dinner.
This is our open air restaurant where breakfast is served daily from 7:30 am to 10:00am. Dinner is also served in this venue on certain nights of the week.
Sebule is our lunch restaurant open between 12:30 2:00 pm. offering a wide selection of Chef’s daily specials, traditional light fare, pizza of the day and salads.
The Sultans Dining Room
Alternating between buffet and table d’hote the chef’s creations for the evening can be enjoyed in this stunning setting.
