“Amazing holiday for the whole family”

Having stayed and loved staying at Breezes a few years ago, our recent stay at Baraza takes it all to a higher level. We were lucky to be amongst the first guests shortly after the official opening before Christmas 2008, and can only highly recommend Baraza to all, whether you plan a relaxing romantic holiday "à deux", or as a family. The villas (1 or 2 bedroom) are designed close to perfection, each with private terrasse and plunge pool. Our boys (10 and 12) loved everything about the actual hotel, gorgeous Bwejuu beach and the all the activities offered, including their first dive in the nearby lagoon! Adults will enjoy the amazing cooking and creations of the in-house chef (one of the best breakfast buffets, lunches on the beach...), the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, luscious grounds and service, and the most beautiful spa ever, staffed with wonderful professionals (I highly recommend ALL massages offered!). Baraza is a classy upmarket resort, catering to couples and families alike, while at the same time maintaining the high standards of excellence and experience provided by the Raguz Family. After a stay at Baraza, you will wish you had booked a couple of extra nights and return home totally ZEN! If you are planning a trip to Zanzibar, Baraza is a must! Reviewed March 7, 2009
