“Pure Luxury! Loved It!”

Just returned from a two week stay in Africa ending our safari at Mahale and Selous with 5 days at Baraza. All I can say is WOW!! It is a beautiful place with the most luxurious accommodations. The food was outstanding in every respect-- diversity, taste, quality, and amount. The staff is top notch, friendly and really makes you feel special and at home. They could not have been more accommodating to any request. The weather is perfect at this time of year, always a breeze, warm water temperatures. There are so many activities with the Water Club and the Spa was wonderful. The villas are very private yet there is always someone close by to take care of you. Very romantic place, yet it seemed that entire families were equally at home here. Baraza lived up to all the previous reviews I read. One could not find a more perfect and idyllic place to stay after being in the bush.....or anytime for that matter. Highly recommend the Baraza! Guest nationality: American Reviewed August 31, 2010
